First Day of School!

Addison started second grade this year and is absolutely LOVING it! This girl loves school and was seriously ready to go back a week after summer vacation started. I am glad that she loves school and hope it continues for quite some time. This year she has Mrs. Pratt and really likes her.
Sadie finally started Kindergarten today. She has been so ornery the past week since Addie has been in school and she had to wait. She was so excited to go and did awesome. I had to call her back to give me a kiss before she went to play this morning on the playground. Addie was so cute with her, telling her how excited she was that she was starting school and walking her to her playground. Sadie has Mrs. Ellsworth and so far, so good. I'm sure my little social butterfly will have no problem making new friends this year at school.

Diet

No, that is not Diet as in Diet Pepsi but Diet (Deet)as in Easton Dieter. Asher cannot say Easton, it comes out Deeton. I have started calling him Diet in which Asher replies "No Dieton!" Today I just realized that Diet is a fitting nickname since his middle name is Dieter. Anyway, Diet is 5 months old today! How quickly kids grow up and I am sad that he is growing so fast! He cut his first tooth last week and is working on his second one. He loves to move around in his walker while playing with toys and he loves his jumperoo. He still seems so small to all of us, and I don't realize he is as old as he is because he is so small. In comparison to Asher at 4 months, this is the difference between the two....
Easton Asher
Weight: 14.79 lbs (42%) 17.13 lbs (88%)
Height: 24.75 inches (38%) 26.5 inches (90%)

You can see that there is a big difference between the two. The girls were also bigger. Easton is our first kid that does not have the chubby face and body. He is our "skinny" kid and we are still surprised that we could make a skinny kid.

He still loves to cuddle to go to sleep and I hope that this doesn't change any time soon. He is a very happy, smiley little guy and will "talk" to anyone and always has a lot to say.
